Here, at The Fragrance Oil Factory, we accept and deliver orders worldwide.

No matter your location, we can deliver to you – if you do have any questions, we always recommend contacting us, prior to placing an order.

The team constantly work hard to get your orders packed and sent out to you as quickly as possible however some fragrances may take slightly longer to develop.

Below, you will be able to see a guide for delivery options but with each country, this does vary depending on the destination and delivery method.

Can I Track Orders?

Yes! We work with our delivery and courier partners, worldwide who offer tracking and updates.

Once your order has been ‘completed’ via the site or manually completed by your dedicated manager, you will receive your tracking information.

Please note that larger orders will take slightly longer to dispatch due to different requirements with scheduling the delivery.

Bulk orders tend to be handled by our team with manual processing so your dedicated team member or manager will be able to help you.

This also includes three non EU members: Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK).

Once a parcel is in transit and has been dispatched from our facilities, we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur as transit times always vary.

We do speak with our delivery partners and we are happy to help you and provide you with updates, even though you will also receive your tracking information for the courier also.

Whilst we do our very best to handle customs and provide you with all the information, we are also unable to obtain the details for each country due to ongoing changes and regulations.

Our friendly team is here and happy to help you with any questions but sometimes, it may be worth speaking to local authorities for customs and duties information too.
